Comprehensive 360° reviews
We use the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) framework to facilitate our 360°
assessments. The LCP is the most comprehensive 360° framework and is used
internationally to assess and give language to what it means to be an outstanding
leader. Each person receives feedback from their boss, peers, and direct
reports, while also evaluating themselves.For each leader, the review reveals how
their behaviours and mindset enable or constrain their intended leadership
impact as well as the business’ performance.

One-on-one coaching
